Tug culture

We want everyone at Tug to work hard, be brave, and take it personally. We approach every new project with the same voracity and determination, and every individual from the graduates to the CEO is accountable for their own contribution to Tug’s culture.

When we’re not busy driving performance for our clients, the Tug team have a diverse set of interests, from Bollywood dancing to surfing, and boxing to pottery. But we’re all united in our love for bringing media, creative and tech together under one roof.

Our network

Our four offices worldwide mean we’re strategically located to tap into global time zones and markets. We tackle the UK from our London office and Europe from Berlin, while Toronto takes care of the Americas and Sydney handles Asia-Pacific.
