Would it be as easy to find and purchase things in real life as it is on-line? Probably not, but that’s what Google’s latest UK ad for Analytics takes aim at. Inviting users to make use of Google’s website monitoring tool for insights into how customers buy products, the video pokes fun at what deters people from completing a purchase. In a clear push towards small businesses and home users, the ad takes a dig at difficult conversion paths fettered with lost login details, captcha codes and session time-outs, inviting webmasters to consider how best to keep things as simple as possible.
