HP says they are not interested in the Smartphone game

HP’s purchase of Palm is being closely watched by tech heads and investors. While many assumed that it was the leg up in smartphones that HP was after – they state that the main reason for the $1.2 Billion purchase is in fact Palm’s WebOS. With Microsoft out with an iPad competitor it seems that HP is more interested in how Palm can help with their Tablet.
