Some interesting stats from Hitwise have been released about search trends in the run up to Christmas. According to their research the Wii Fit is currently the most searched for product, followed by the Wii console with iPhones coming in as the third most searched for product.

 Partially helped by the popularity of Wii Fit, compter games have now overtaken games consoles in terms of monthly searches, amazingly Wii Fit accounted for 1 in every 6 video game searches.
