Consumers want something in return

Yahoo LogoA study by Yahoo has revealed that 79% of internet users feel they are not getting enough in return from online advertising to make it worth their while engaging with them. The study tells how users feel they are being bombarded with irrelevent information which makes them less inclined to interact with online advertisements, “pure entertainment, a relevant message or access to learning something new” were cited as the main things users want from advertisements.
