Yahoo Board Vote Latest

Yahoo has confirmed that a ‘tabulation error’ occurred in the shareholder vote count conducted by Broadridge Financial Solutions, the independent firm hired to do the job. Turns out, just over half of the shareholders felt the need to vote Chairman Roy Bostock and CEO Jerry Yang.
