Tug’s in-house German speaking PPC team launched a targeted campaign focusing on areas within a 2 hour drive time from Berlin. Search focus was placed on English keywords appealing to tourists as well as German keywords and ads aimed at local and international visitors.
Within the space of a year, click-through-rates increased by over 4%, with the average cost per booking reducing by 16%. This culminated in a 600% increase to the ROI of digital marketing channels, and a significant increase to ticket sale volumes.
