‘£50 iPad’ – Sadly only a technical glitch at Tesco
The new iPad, due to go on sale next week, went up on the Tesco website for just £50. Of course common sense should have told me this was a technical glitch, but I must admit I was excited for about a millisecond!
For anyone who managed to purchase the bargain, unfortunately they will not be receiving their iPad any time soon due to Tesco owning some t&c’s which state “If, by mistake, we have under priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item to you. In those circumstances, we will notify the correct price to you so you can decide whether or not you wish to order the item at that price.”
So basically what I’m trying to say is I still haven’t found a way to buy an iPad at an affordable price!
